Peter Young
Mr Young is a senior systems consultant and project manager. Over recent years he has been guiding central banks with their Payments Systems Reform programmes. His most recent assignment was managing the implementation of a Real Time Gross Settlement System and Government Securities and Settlement system for the Bank of Jamaica.
Mr Young has a extensive systems and technology experience following a career in broadcasting, electronics and information technology.
Mr Young has carried out a large number of consulting and project management assignments and brings specialist experience in the following areas:
- Payments System Reform
- Change Management
- Project Management
- Supplier Management
- Management of support teams
Much of Mr Young's recent work has been undertaken in developing countries, in particular in the Caribbean and Central America.
Andrew Mason
Mr Mason has in excess of three decades' international experience across the spectrum of information management, systems and technologies.
He has built on his earlier experience in programming and systems analysis to develop a broad capability in areas such as the use of information systems for business benefit and competitive advantage, the role of new technologies in business strategy development, the development of information systems strategies and the impact of systems on both people and organisations. In addition to his capability in information management and strategy formulation, he has broad experience in managing the procurement and implementation of computer systems in a wide variety of organisations.
He has particularly extensive experience in the public sector, covering core government Departments, state agencies, local government bodies and national security agencies. He also maintains up-to-date knowledge in a number of specialised fields, particularly information security, business intelligence and knowledge management systems, expert systems and artificial intelligence.
